Clinical
Supervision
My practice is clinically supervised by Ana Taveras, LPC, a highly experienced therapist, clinical supervisor, educator, and founder of Rubix Solutions, LLC.
Ana has extensive experience providing individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and families across both community mental health and private practice settings. She currently serves as a Child & Family Therapist at Southwest Community Health Center, where she provides evidence-based mental health treatment, facilitates trauma-focused groups including CBITS and Bounce Back, and has experience supervising counseling interns and clinicians.
In addition to her clinical work, Ana is an Adjunct Professor and Clinical Supervisor for practicum and internship students at Fairfield University, where she helps train and mentor the next generation of mental health professionals.
Ana earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University, a master’s degree in Psychology from Pace University, and a Sixth-Year Certificate of Advanced Studies in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Bridgeport, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to clinical excellence, professional development, and increasing access to high-quality mental health care in underserved communities.
As an LPCA, I receive ongoing clinical supervision from Ana to ensure I provide ethical, evidence-based, and compassionate care. Her guidance supports my continued growth as a clinician while helping me provide the highest quality of care to every client I work with.
